228 Qt model edge cases, and the ones my models failed
I wrote down 228 edge cases for the observable Qt models and tested each one. 170 work, 22 are refused on purpose, 27 were defects that are now fixed, and 9 are still pinned. The defects included an editor that writes an empty value back, and a model that survives its container with stale rows.
Regenerating a Qt container library from a spec, with and without moc
A reader wrote their observable Qt containers down as a spec an AI agent can regenerate from. Two fresh agents built it, one with classic moc and one with typed signals through reflect-moc. Both pass all 17 acceptance entries, the moc version builds with MSVC, and the spec itself has a row lookup that costs 193 microseconds per removal at 10,000 entries.
