The 12-week ISO ballot on C++26 ended on 22 October. Two named people report it was disapproved: 12 of 20 P-members in favour, where two thirds are needed, and 9 of 22 votes negative, where a quarter is allowed. No WG21 or ISO document states the tally yet. This post separates what the papers prove from what is reported, and lists the four routes the rules allow.
